Q: I am a military service member or a military family member--can you help me?

A: Sorry, no. We will not be able to give you a loan if you are a regular or reserve member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard, serving on active duty under a call or order that does not specify a period of 30 days or fewer (or a dependent of such member). Warning: It is important to fill out your information accurately. Knowingly making a false statement on a credit application is a crime.


Q: Do I have to come into a store?

A: Yes. We are unable to extend loan services to potential customers that do not come into our stores and actually receive the funds from one of our loan representatives. We are a face to face company and we want to keep it that way as customer service is important to us.


Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Please visit our "How it Works" page for this answer.


Q: How quickly will you approve me?

A:Normally, in less than 20 minutes. If approved, you will walk out of our store with a check in your hand.


Q: How much money can I get?

A: Your income and banking history are two factors we consider when deciding how much money to loan you. Please call us at one of our stores and, after we ask a few questions, give you an idea of what your approval amounts could be.


Q: What is the cost of credit for this service?

A: Please see our Fee Schedule to determine cost of credit for a particular loan product.


Q: Can I pay off the whole amount of the loan all at once?

A: Yes, with any of our loans, we allow you to pay the loan back in full whenever you want.


Q: When must I pay the full amount of the loan back?

A: Please see your contract on details on how to pay the loan back and when it is due.


Q: How can I check on my loan?

A: Please come to any of our stores and the loan representative can help you research your account.


Q: How do I address concerns if they arise?
